Issued Inventory Details

The Details portion of the Receipt page shows the line item details for each item added to the order.

Viewing Inventory Details for a Line Item

For each line item, you are able to view inventory details by clicking the Expand icon for the line item to view the Issued Inventory nested grid for the item.

Note: When you expand a line item, if the item is part of a container, the Delete icon is disabled.

Inventory Options

The Issued Inventory nested grid shows the following information about the item

• Site
• Location
• Unit of Measure (UOM)*
• Serial Number*
• Lot*
• Expiration Date*
• RFID Tag Number*
• Quantity

*If the division allows multiple unit of measure, serial numbers, lots, expiration dates, or RFID tag numbers, this information will also be displayed for the issued inventory, as applicable.

Deleting a Line Item

You may delete a line item from the Issue Order when the item is issued from a location. If the item is issued from a container, you may not delete it from the Issue Order.

Item Tab

When you issue an item, you are able to delete the item from the issue.

1. Select the Delete icon to the far right of the item you want to remove from the order.
2. A prompt appears: Delete line?
3. To delete the line, select OK. (Select the Cancel option is you want to leave the item in the issue.)

Container Tab

When you issue the items in a container, all items in the container are added to the issue details. You may NOT delete a container item from the issue details. A prompt will appear to notify you if the item is part of a container.
